Proud to support charities with our fundraising

As part of the commitment to our firm value of ‘Community Focus’ Crombie Wilkinson Solicitors will be handing over cheques totalling £1410.23 to KYRA Women in York, Black Cat Sanctuary in North Duffield, Ryedale Dog Rescue in Pickering and Ryedale Carers Support in Malton after our fundraising efforts over the past year.

Duncan Morter, Managing Director, said “We take our support in the community very seriously and commitment to our fundraising activities which this time round have included bake sales, themed tombola’s, spot the ball competitions and raffles which staff and clients could take part in. Each year we choose a charity at each of our offices to support. Our staff are asked to nominate charities they would like to be considered and staff at each office then vote on their favourite. Because the staff at each of our offices nominate and choose the charity they want to support each year, it makes it a local and personal community activity for us which we really enjoy taking part in. 

The money raised in the last year brings our total fundraising in the last four years to £8843.33 which we have donated across many charities. Thank you to everyone who has supported our charitable efforts.”
