Live Chat is coming soon to our website

From 6 January 2025, visitors to our website will be able to use a Live Chat tool to communicate with us in that way if they wish to make an enquiry and ask for our help.

This provides a different method to reach out to us to ask for help because our team are here to help you when you need us and in the way that works for you to communicate with us.

Using the Live Chat tool, you will quickly be chatting with a friendly operator, having an instant human chat, who will guide you to information and action your enquiry.

The Live Chat will stay as a small widget on the pages of our website until you want to use it, when you are ready, just click on it to launch and begin your chat.*

You can of course continue to use our website without engaging with the Live Chat. Our enquiry forms and email addresses will still all be available for you to communicate with us, along with our four office telephone numbers and individual contact details for our legal advisors in our Meet the Team section.

The Live Chat will operate 7 days a week, from 8am-10pm on our website.

This new service is delivered as part of our #ContinuousImprovement Value commitment.
