Anthony Baines, a Senior Associate Solicitor in our Commercial Property team, has truly demonstrated his commitment and delivery of our Crombie Wilkinson Solicitors Service Pledge.

Anthony is a Solicitor based at our Malton office and his practice areas are commercial property, agricultural law and conveyancing.

Anthony joined our firm in December 1999 and qualified with Crombie Wilkinson as a Solicitor in June 2003. He has a great deal of experience in Commercial Property transactions both in freehold development work and leasehold matters, including enfranchisement work. He has also dealt for many years with both Agricultural Holdings Act Agreements and Farm Business Tenancies and all issues which flow from them.
